ADOPTION PROCESS

Below is an example of our puppy adoption process.  As a litter is born, necessary dates and additional important information will be emailed to interested families...

Charlotte/Ginger had     #    puppies, /date/.   She had       #    girls and      #   boys.  The puppies will be ready to head to their forever families starting /date/ at 8 weeks.  The puppies can be picked up /date/.  We will continue updating our website, Facebook, and Instagram with photos and information in the following weeks.  Our webpage is jjgoldenretrievers.wixsite.com/mysite.  Our Facebook profile is J&J Golden Retriever Puppies.   Our Instagram is JJgoldenretrievers.  Charlotte/Ginger is our family's dog.  She is an indoor and outdoor dog, and is basically anywhere we are.  She has a fabulous temperament.  I do not own the Father of the puppies,             , but I have approved of his temperament as well.

Here is some additional information:

The litter is raised indoors in a climate-controlled area of our home, so that they receive daily interaction from our family.  Each puppy wears a different colored collar, which allows us to monitor their weight and make sure that each puppy is interacted with daily.   The puppies also receive a gentle early nerve stimulation that is scientifically proven to help and be of benefit to the puppies.  They are held each day and will be well socialized when you pick them up at 8 weeks.  They will also be introduced to potty training with the use of litter boxes and outdoor grass.  Each puppy comes with an AKC registration form for limited registration (no breeding), veterinarian paper, shots, deworming at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks, microchip with AKC reunite enrollment, small 12" X 12" blankie with the litter and mother's scent, 1 year health guarantee, small bag of puppy food, and much love.

With experience raising litters we have found the puppies are much more interactive at 5-6 weeks.  We found having a "puppy choosing" weekend was beneficial to all.  The "meet your puppy and choosing weekend" will be /date/ and /date/.  We will schedule an appointment for you to meet the puppies and choose your adorable family member in the order of received deposits.    We will offer you the opportunity to visit and choose your puppy in person with an appointment of approximately 15-20 minutes.  If travel distance or scheduling is a concern, we can use google duo to determine which puppy you would like to choose.

Each puppy costs           dollars.  A $500 non-refundable deposit in cash or check is included in that amount to reserve a puppy.  The remaining balance of            will be due in CASH only (please plan ahead as ATM machines may have a daily limit) when you pick up you puppy at 8 weeks starting /date/.  If you are unable to pick up your puppy by /date to 9 weeks/, a fee of $25/per day will incur for any additional day.
